    Lead design while staying hands-on - built and scaled a team across 8+ products at Etheric.

  3. Prototype before polish

    Move fast on prototypes and proofs of concept - testing direction before committing to detail.

  4. Systems before screens

    Think in systems and flows before screens - the structure underneath is what scales.

  5. Clarity over decoration

    Choose clarity over decoration - usability earns the right to be polished later.

Outside of work

Triathlon

I train for triathlon. The long, repetitive feedback loops - swim, bike, run, repeat - are a useful counterweight to the short, frantic ones at work.

Fashion & photography

I pay attention to fashion and photography. Both teach me to look closely at proportion, restraint, and the small choices that quietly add up.

Travel

And I travel whenever I can. Different cities, different streets, different ways of doing the same thing - the easiest way I know to keep my taste from getting narrow.

I use AI in my workflow to rapidly test hypotheses, prototype interactions, and turn ideas into working code faster. That lets teams validate direction on real behavior, not assumptions, and push product quality further with less guesswork.
